The INAINEX concept grew from repeatedly encountering the same industrial challenge: engineering, purchase, material, production, warehouse and automation teams may each have useful tools, yet management still spends time chasing status because the operational context is fragmented.

The product direction therefore focuses on preserving the connection between customer commitments, material, tasks, approvals, machine events and decisions. The objective is to build software around the way industrial work actually moves.
